(3) Within 365 days (for RA and USAR AGR
Soldiers) or 36 months (for USAR other than
AGR Soldiers) from a Soldier’s redeployment
date when promoted during deployment to an
imminent danger/hostile fire area, as defined
in reference 1g.
(4) Within 24 months (for RA and USAR AGR
Soldiers) or 36 months (for USAR other than
AGR Soldiers) from the expected date of birth
as indicated on a Soldier’s pregnancy-based
profile when promoted when pregnant or from
the child’s date of birth or termination of a
pregnancy when promoted during a period of
postpartum.
(5) Within 24 months for all Soldiers serving
in military occupational specialty 12D
(Engineer Divers).
(6) Within 12 months of completing training
and award of the appropriate additional skill
identifier for Soldiers enrolled in the Army
Software Factory or the Artificial Integration

date of the non-resident portion of the
