                Business Continuity
                  29 business loan applications accepted for Bridge Loan assistance.
                  Total of $628,000 in funding awarded.
                  The Florida SBDC at UNF also deployed its Mobile Assistance Center (MAC)—a 38-foot RV equipped with
                    laptops, printers, satellite communication and more—into communities for affected businesses to receive
                    on-site assistance.
                UNF Student Engagement


                  Twenty-one FSBDC at UNF small business clients participated in Coggin College of Business classes as “live
                    case studies.”  These business owners received more than 1,700 hours of consulting provided by 69
                    graduate and undergraduate students in Social Media and Analytics, E-Business Strategy and Small
                    Business Consulting classes.
                Organizational Assessment Tools

                  Offered team assessments to more than 20 clients, providing nearly 750 hours of consulting. The result was
                    better alignment, job creation, job retention, reduced turnover, increased efficiency and effectiveness, and
                    increased productivity.
                  Success in deploying these tools was recognized by the Florida SBDC Network, and training to certify
                    additional consultants statewide is underway.
                Succession Planning / Exit Strategy


                  Responded to client demand for more tools and services regarding maximizing value to prepare to exit.
                  Convened a focus group, hired a consultant, prepared a proposal and worked to secure funding
                  Launch of Exit Stage Left: Planning for your future today is scheduled for 2017.


                Advisory Council

                The FSBDC at UNF Regional Advisory Council is comprised of key stakeholders, resource partners and
                community members including entrepreneurs who provide input and advice on FSBDC at UNF programs and
                services. Additionally, Advisory Council members meet bi-annually and advocate on behalf of small business
                throughout the region. 2016 members include:
