Michael Napier Michael Napier was awarded the CBE in 2005 following a long and successful legal career

awards for 30 years as senior partner leading Irwin Mitchell ‘from a small Sheffield
practice to the national powerhouse it is today on the brink of becoming a pioneering
ABS firm’ (it now is). An accredited mediator focussing on the delivery of fair and
pragmatic solutions to complex problems.
