3. Turn off the manual high and low pressure valves on the manifold pressure gauge, turn off the vacuum
pump power switch, and observe if the vacuum gauge has risen. If it rises again, it indicates that air
conditioning system leaks, and it shall be checked and reparied; if the gauge pointer does not move, turn on
the vacuum pump and vacuum for 15 ~ 30min, so that the pressure gauge pointer is stable.
4. After the vacuum is completed, first turn off the low and high pressure maintenance valve of manifold
pressure gauge, and then turn off the vacuum machine.
Caution

● After the system is overhauled, the refrigerant can only be filled after the vacuum is completed. See
the filling of refrigerant for connection of refrigerant tank.

● During vacuum, if the pressure gauge does not move or the pointer fails to lower the level of vacuum,
it indicates that the system leaks and shall be overhauled.
Audio system malfunction
Overview

The radio cassette player receives the signal for AM/FM broadcast through the outlaid antenna. In the
meanwhile, the radio cassette player integrates MP3 function which can connect mobile equipments via the
USB interface to broadcast the audio in the equipment so as to increase the vehicle entertainment.
Warning

The local USB does not support charging any external device (such as mobile phone charging).
The local USB does not support other storage devices other than USB flash disk (such as removable hard
disk).
Precautions
1. When disconnecting the cable of battery negative pole, the message stored in the AM/FM broadcast
channel will be cleared up.
Caution

If necessary, record the channel before disconnecting the cable of battery negative pole. Reset it after
connecting the negative pole of battery.
2. Avoid to contact the cone paper of speaker.
3. When installing the antenna assembly, make sure to secure the ground connection.
Caution
If the antenna ground is not connected securely, there will be noise when receiving broadcast and the
signal received will be weakened.

4. Description of ignition switch

LOCK Switch off the ignition system,
Parking control. Power the electric equipment when the vehicle stops, such as the radio cassette

At drive gear control, connect the electric equipments for vehicle driving, such as instruments,

START Start gear, the engine starts, and it automatically retreats to the driving gear "ON" gear
