DI - 188 Diagnosis - Diagnosis-fault diagnosis of electronic and electrical parts

Check if the result is ok?
Yes>go to Step 6.

No> Check or replace the open harness between compressor relay and air conditioner pressure switch.
6. Check air conditioner pressure switch to air condition controller harness and connectors

a. Ignition switch:LOCK.
b. Disconnect the air conditioner pressure switch connector B073 and air condition controller connector B037.

c. Take a multimeter to measure the resistance between No.
2 terminal of B073 and No. 12 terminal of B037.
Standard resistance:

Multimeter connecting terminal Standard value

B037(12)-B073(2) About 0Ω

Check if the result is ok?
Yes>go to Step 7.

No> Check or replace the open harness between air conditioner pressure switch and air condition
controller connector.
7. Check the air conditioner pressure switch

a. Ignition switch:LOCK.
b. Disconnect the connector B073 of AC pressure switch.
c. Takse a multimeter resistance gear to measure the continuity between No.1 and No.2 terminals of the air
condition pressure switch.
Standard resistance:

Multimeter connecting terminal Standard value

B073(1)-B073(2) About 0Ω

Check if the result is ok?
Yes>go to Step 8.
No> Replace the air condition pressure switch.

8. Check the evaporator temperature sensor
a. Ignition switch:LOCK.

b. Disconnect the connector B049 of evaporator temperature sensor.
c. Take a multimeter to measure the resistance between No. 1 terminal No. 2 terminal of evaporator
temperature sensor.
Check if the result is ok?
Yes>go to Step 9.

No>Replace the evaporator temperature sensor.
