5. Check the power circuit from horn relay to horn switch IN
a. Ignition switch: LOCK.
b. Disconnect the electric horn connector F009. DI
c.Ignition switch: ON.
d. Take a multimeter voltage gear to measure the voltage EG
between No. 1 terminal of F009 and grounding.
Standard voltage: TR
Multimeter connecting terminal Standard value

F009(1)-grounding Storage battery voltage
FR
Check if the result is ok? ST
Yes>go to Step 6.
NO>repair or replace the harness. BR
6. Check horn
a. Ignition switch: LOCK. BW
b. Disconnect the electric horn connector F009, use a multimeter to measure conductivity between terminals.
c. Take a multimeter to measure the continuity between No. EL
1 and No. 2 terminal on electric horn connector B009.
Standard resistance:
Storage battery voltage Standard value
F009(1)-F009(2) Conduction
Check if the result is ok?
Yes>go to Step 7.
No > repair or replace left/right horn.
7. Check the horn earth circuit
a. Ignition switch: LOCK.
b. Disconnect the electric horn connector F009, use a multimeter to measure conductivity between terminals.
