Car body failure IN

Overview
1. The car body shall provide the driver with convenient working conditions and provide DI
passengers with comfortable riding conditions, protecting passengers from the influence of viberations,
noises, flue gas and external atrocious weather conditions during driving. Some structures and EG
equipment in the car body contribute to safe driving and accident mitigations.
2. It shall be ensured that there is a reasonable shape of car body. It can effectively lead the surrounding

airflow during driving, so as to reduce air resistance and fuel consumption. In addition, the car body
contributes to improving the vehicle stability and engine cooling conditions and to ensuring sound
ventilation environment inside the car. AX
3. The automobile body structure mainly consists of: cab, door, window, body front sheet-metal parts,
body interior and exterior decorative parts and other body accessories, seats and safety belts, door locks and so FR
on.
4. In order to make sure driving safety, restricted safety belts, pillows, various buffering and cushiong ST
devices to protect passengers from injury during collision are widely used in modern vehicles.

Precautions BR
1. Remove the inner trims with a special tool; if there is no special tool, a screwdriver, etc. can be used, but
it should be wrapped. BW
2. When using sharper tools to dismount the parts, wrap the tools with tape to prevent scratching the parts.

3. For the part not possible to dismount, do not take it off with force. Check if there is any missed fixing EL
screw.

4. The fasteners are quick-wear parts. Check the dismounted fasterners. If they are broken, replace them.
It shall be checked that if there are any fastening clips missing during parts installation.
5. If there are cracks in a window but it remains complete, the protective tapes shall be pasted in cross in
case that the window is damaged furtherly or causes personal injuries.

6. When disposing any type of glass or metal sheet with sharp or rough edges, wear permissive goggles and
gloves to reduce the risks for personal injury.

7. When using compressed air, safety goggles shall be worn to protect your eyes.
8. When dismantling the Grid Foton trademark, plastic flat blade tools shall be used to protect the paint.
9. Avoid damaging windows by crash since the edge of window is exposed. The windows shall be lower
than the surface of sheet metal by 1mm, to protect the window from damaging.
