Precautions IN

1. Keep the SCR system clean and the electrical connections dry.
2. Avoid working with AdBlue level of urea tank below the minimum level. DI
3. After the SCR system engine shutdown, the urea injection system needs to drain off the raffinate in the
pipeline to prevent crystal blockage, so disconnect the master battery switch after the ignition switch is turned EG
off for 1min.

4. SCR system must be filled with the standard urea, the AdBlue is in the proportion of 31.8% to 33.2%, and
TR
other additives are prohibited.

5. When the SCR system is not working properly or stop running, the vehicle emissions not meeting the
AX
standards are not allowed to prevent environment pollution.

6. In SCR system failure, SCR fault indicator is on.

7. If there is SCR system failure, the fault code can be diagnosed via diagnostic apparatus through the fault

diagnosis interface, in order to find the source of the fault for troubleshooting.

8. In the filling of AdBlue, if it is splashed to the paint or aluminum surface accidentally, rinse it immediately

with water to prevent corrosion.
9. AdBlue shall be avoided on the skin, eyes or clothing. When it splashes into the eyes, rinse eyes BR
immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes, when it splashes on the skin, rinse it with water and
soap, if necessary, seek medical treatment. BW
10. After the vehicle urea tank cover is opened, ammonia vapor may escape if the internal temperature is high.
Ammonia vapors give a pungent smell that can irritate the skin, respiratory organs and eyes. If ammonia vapor

is inhaled at higher concentrations and for a long period of time, it may burn eyes, nose and throat, causing

coughing and tearing. Do not inhale ammonia vapor.

11. Containers made of aluminum alloy, copper, copper alloy, non-alloy steel or galvanized steel are not

suitable for storing AdBlue. If these containers are used, the AdBlue may cause the metal components to

decompose, causing irreparable damage to the exhaust post-treatment system. This damage is not covered
under warranty.
12. If the concentration of AdBlue does not meet the requirements, drained off the AdBlue in the urea tank,
and rinse with distilled water, and then add new high-quality AdBlue.
