EG - 296 Engine section - exhaust purification device

Air pipe

Change
1. Release the compressed air in the secondary air reservoir.
2. Remove the air supply pipe of urea tank

a. Remove the intake pipe joint nut of air filter assembly
and disconnect the intake pipe of air filter assembly.

b. Remove the joint nuts of the air supply pipe of urea tank
on the 7-way valve and disconnect the air supply pipe of
urea tank on the 7-way valve.

3. Install the air supply pipe of urea tank

a. Install the air supply pipe of urea tank to the 7-way valve
and tighten the air pipe joint nut.
b. Pass the air pipe through the rubber jacket of via-hole of
the frame and fix it with zip ties.

c. Install the intake pipe of air filter assembly and tighten
the air pipe joint nut.
