61-98 CIRCUIT - SYSTEM SCHEMATIC DIAGRAM

           System description:
When the vehicle collides with an obstacle, it will quickly explode a cushion filled up with
air to enable the passengers to collide with the air cushion due to the movement under
inertia, thus to mitigate the impact on the passengers and absorb the impact energy, thus
reducing the degree of injury. With the ignition switch at ON/ST, the current is output from
the fuse F24 in the internal fuse box to the pin 5 of the safety airbag control module, to
supply the electric power to the safety airbag control module.
In the case of vehicle collision, the current will be output from the pin 10 of the safety
airbag control module to the pin1 of the clock spring, and then from the clock spring to the
driver safety airbag assembly pin, subsequently from the other end of the driver safety
airbag to the pin 2 of the clock spring, and after passing through the clock spring, returned
to the pin 11 of the safety airbag control module, to build a loop to explode the safety
           airbag.
In the case of the vehicle collision, the current is output from the pin 18 of the safety
airbag control module to the pin 1 of the passenger airbag, and then from the pin 2 of the
passenger airbag to 2 the pin 19 of the safety airbag control module, to build a loop to
           explode the safety airbag.
           Safety belt buckle switch
The current is output form the pin 30 of the airbag control module to the pin 1 of the driver
side safety belt buckle switch, and earthed via the pin 2 of the safety belt buckle switch to
check whether the safety belt is being used. The current is output form the pin 37 of the
airbag control module to the pin 1 of the passenger side safety belt buckle switch, and
earthed via the pin 2 of the safety belt buckle switch to check whether the safety belt is
           being used.
           Collision signal
The front collision sensor is integrated into the safety airbag control module. In the case of
collision, the front collision sensor will output a signal to the safety airbag module.
The signal is output from the pin 48 of the airbag control module to the pin 1 of the right
collision sensor, and then from the pin 2 of the right collision sensor to the pin 48 of the
airbag control module, to provide a signal to the safety airbag controller in the case of any
           collision.
