21B-34 TRANSMISSION - OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY

6. Refit the oil cooler.
(a). Refit the oil cooler assembly, and tighten
these 3 fixing bolts.

(b). Reconnect the oil cooler inlet hose and
return hose, and tighten hoops.

7. Fill the transmission oil and tighten the filler
plug.
Torque:35 N•m
Transmission lubricating oil (model):
ATF M-1375.4
NOTICE:
•Transmission lubricating oil products of different
grades shall not be mixed.
• When check the oil level, do park the vehicle on
fuwx21B019 a level ground.

8. Check the transfer case lubricating oil level (refer to “Chapter 04 Vehicle
maintenance - Replacement, transfer case”).
9. Refit the left horn (refer to “Chapter 48 Horn and cigarette lighter - Replacement,
horn” ).
10. Refit the front bumper (refer to “Chapter 56 Interior/exterior- Replacement, front
bumper assembly”).
