Check whether the result is normal?

Yes> go to step 8
No > Replace the combination switch.

8 . Check the harness and connectors (combination switch - ground)

04 (a) Ignition Switch: OFF.

(b) Disconnect the connector C008 of
combination switch (lamplight switchover).

(c) Measure the electrical resistance based on
the value in the following form.
Standard electrical resistance (check
whether there existent an open circuit)

Multimeter connection Standard value
C008
C008 (7) - ground ＜ 2 Ω

Check whether the result is normal?

Yes> go to step 9
No > Maintenance or replace harness.

9 . Check the wiring harness and connectors (BCM controlling unit - combination
switch)
(a) Ignition Switch: OFF.
