(f) Use a multimeter to measure the resistance
between the pin 1, 3, 5 of turbocharger
actuator connector E05 and the ground
respectively.

Standard resistance

E05（1）- ground ＞ 10 MΩ

E05（2）- ground ＞ 10 MΩ

E05（3）- ground ＞ 10 MΩ

Is the inspection result normal?
YES>To step 4.
No > Maintain or replace the harness.

4 . Replace the turbocharger actuator
(a) Replace the turbocharger actuator.
(b) Use a diagnostic apparatus to perform DTC verification procedures.
(c) Implement the steps to read sensor data stream.
(d) Check whether DTC exists.
Is the inspection result normal?

YES>Replace the turbocharger actuator.
NO >To step 5.

5 . Check postprocessing system

(a) Check if the post-processing system has extended damage.
Is the inspection result normal?

YES>To step 6.
No >Maintenance related faults.

6 . Replace ECM

(a) Replace ECM.
(b) Use a diagnostic apparatus to perform DTC verification procedures.
(c) Implement the steps to read sensor data stream.
(d) Verify that no DTC exists and the data are normal.
