NO >Replace cooling pipe.

(a) Check whether the coolant temperature sensor can work properly.

Is the inspection result normal?
YES>To step 6.
No >Maintenance related faults.

6 . Check radiator and radiator cover
(a) Check whether radiator and radiator cover is damaged or not.

Is the inspection result normal?
YES>To step 7.
No >Maintenance related faults.

7 . Check intercooler
(a) Check whether intercooler is blocked or not.

Is the inspection result normal?
YES>To step 8.
No >Maintenance related faults.

8 . Check air conditioner condenser
(a) Check whether outside air conditioner condenser is blocked.
Is the inspection result normal?

YES>To step 9.
No >Maintenance related faults.

9 . Check fan

(a) Check whether the fan can work properly.
Is the inspection result normal?

YES>To step 10.
No >Maintenance related faults.

10 . Check the thermostat

(a) Check whether thermostat is damaged or not.
the inspection result normal?

YES>To step 11.
NO >Replace thermostat.
