(a) Check whether cooling pipe leaks or not. 04

6 . Check coolant temperature sensor
(a) Check whether the coolant temperature sensor can work properly.

Is the inspection result normal?
YES>To step 7.

No >Maintenance related faults.

7 . Check radiator and radiator cover
(a) Check whether radiator and radiator cover is damaged or not.

Is the inspection result normal?
YES>To step 8.

No >Maintenance related faults.

8 . Check intercooler
(a) Check whether outside intercooler is blocked or not.

Is the inspection result normal?
YES>To step 9.

No >Maintenance related faults.

9 . Check air conditioner condenser
(a) Check whether air conditioner condenser is blocked outside.

Is the inspection result normal?
YES>To step 10.
No >Maintenance related faults.

10 . Check fan
(a) Check whether the fan can work properly.

Is the inspection result normal?
YES>To step 11.
No >Maintenance related faults.

11 . Check the thermostat
