11 . Remove the oil drain plug and drain the
engine oil.
CAUTION

• When draining, be careful of possible
burns caused by hot engine oil.
• The drained engine oil shall be properly
collected and treated as regulated.

12 . Once completely drained, replace a new
drain plug gasket, tighten the drain plug
and clean the dirt.

13 . Lower the vehicle.

14 . Fill up the engine oil.
CAUTION

• 5.5L(Change filter core)/5.0L( Do not change filter core)
• Above European V models, API CJ-4 standard and above engine oil, other models
CH-4 and above engine oil.

15 . Start the engine and run it at idling for a few minutes.
16 . Switch off the ignition.
17 . Wait for a few minutes.

18 . Pull out the oil gauge.
