ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM - POSTPROCESSING DIESEL PARTICULATE FILTER (DPF) DIFFERENTIAL

REPLACEMENT 11

1 . Disconnect battery negative cable. (Refer to "Chapter 20 Starting and Charging
- battery, replacement ")
2 . Screw out the connecting bolts between
the postprocessing diesel particulate
filter(DPF) differential pressure sensor and
the postprocessing diesel particulate filter,
disconnect the postprocessing diesel
particulate filter(DPF) differential pressure
sensor and the postprocessing diesel
particulate filter.

3 . Disconnect the postprocessing diesel
particulate filter(DPF) differential pressure
sensor connector.
4 . Screw out the fixing bolts of the
postprocessing diesel particulate
filter(DPF) differential pressure sensor,
and take down the postprocessing diesel
particulate filter(DPF) differential pressure
sensor.

5 . Release the clamp, and disconnect the
pipe of the postprocessing diesel
particulate filter(DPF) differential pressure
sensor and the postprocessing diesel
particulate filter(DPF) differential pressure
sensor.
