39 . Install the camshaft timing sprocket and
timing chain.
CAUTION

• When installing, do necessary check and
adjustment. (Refer to "Chapter 15 Engine
Mechanical - Timing Device,Timing check
and adjust")

40 . Install the camshaft signal wheel.
41 . Tighten the fixing bolts of the camshaft
signal wheel.
Torque:

First level tightening: 30 Nm
Second level tightening: 160 Nm

42 . Tighten the fixing bolts of the timing chain
guide rail.

Torque: 20 Nm

43 . Install the flywheel housing and tighten
the fixing bolts of the flywheel housing.

Torque: 24 Nm
Torque: 85 Nm
