34-94 AXLE AND PROPELLER SHAFT - REAR AXLE HOUSING ASSEMBLY

REPLACEMENT

1 . PRECAUTION. (Refer to "Chapter 34. Axle & transmission shaft - rear axle
assembly, precaution")
2 . Disconnect battery negative cable. (Refer to "Chapter 20. Start & charge - battery,
replacement")
3 . Remove the parking brake. (Refer to "Chapter 36. Park Brake - parking brake,
overhaul")

4 . Remove the rear axle assembly.
(a) Remove the clamp, and take out the parking
brake cable.

5 . Screw out the fixing bolts of the rear wheel
speed sensor, and take out the rear wheel
speed sensor assembly.

(c) Screw out the harness fitting nuts.
