(c) Disconnect connector E03 of camshaft position sensor. 04
(d) Disconnect connector E01 of ECM.

(e) Use a multimeter to measure the resistance
between the pin 2, 3 of camshaft position
sensor connector E03 and the pin 63, 62 of
ECM connector E01 respectively.

E03（2）- E01（63） ＜10 Ω

E03（3）- E01（62） ＜10 Ω

(f) Use a multimeter to measure the resistance
between the pin 2, 3 of camshaft position
sensor connector E03 and the ground
respectively.

E03（2）- ground ＞ 10 MΩ
E03（3）- ground ＞ 10 MΩ

Is the inspection result normal?
YES>To step 7.

No > Maintain or replace the harness.

7 . Check camshaft position sensor
(a) Replace camshaft position sensor.
(b) Use a diagnostic apparatus to perform DTC verification procedures.
(c) Implement the steps to read sensor data stream.
(d) Check whether DTC exists.

Is the inspection result normal?
YES>Replace camshaft position sensor.
NO >To step 8.
