04 (e) Use a multimeter to measure the resistance
between the pin 3, 4, 5 of electronic throttle
control actuator connector E17 and the pin
67, 91, 53 of ECM connector E01
respectively.
Standard resistance

E17（4）- E01（91） ＜10 Ω

E17（5）- E01（53） ＜10 Ω

(f) Use a multimeter to measure the voltage
between the pin 3, 4, 5 of electronic throttle
control actuator connector E17 and the
ground respectively.
Standard resistance

Multimeter connection
Standard value
pin
E17（3）- ground ＞ 10 MΩ

E17（4）- ground ＞ 10 MΩ

E17（5）- ground ＞ 10 MΩ

Is the inspection result normal?
YES>To step 4.
No > Maintain or replace the harness.

4 . eplace electronic throttle control actuator
(a) Replace electronic throttle control actuator。
(b) Use a diagnostic apparatus to perform DTC verification procedures.
(c) Implement the steps to read sensor data stream.
(d) Check whether DTC exists.

Is the inspection result normal?
YES>Replace electronic throttle control actuator.
NO >To step 5.

5 . Replace ECM
(a) Replace ECM.
(b) Use a diagnostic apparatus to perform DTC verification procedures.
(c) Implement the steps to read sensor data stream.
