04 (f) Use a multimeter to measure the voltage
between the pin 2 of accelerator pedal or lever
position sensor 2 connector A026 and the
ground.

A026（6）-ground 4.75～5.25 V
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>To step 3.
No > Maintain or replace the harness.
3 . Check accelerator pedal or lever position sensor 2 harness
(a) Ignition switch: OFF.
(b) Disconnect the battery negative cable.
(c) Disconnect the connector A026 of accelerator pedal or lever position sensor 2.
(d) Disconnect connector A024 of ECM.
(e) Use a multimeter to measure the resistance
between the pin 4, 5 of accelerator pedal or
lever position sensor 2 connector A026 and
the pin 55, 43 of ECM connector A024
respectively.
