3 . Disconnect intake mass flow sensor connector E07. 04
4 . Disconnect connector E01 of ECM.

(e) Use a multimeter to measure the resistance
between the pin 1, 3, 4 of intake mass flow
sensor connector E07 and the pin 80, 40, 22
of ECM connector E01 respectively.

E07（3）- E01（40） ＜10 Ω
E07（4）- E01（22） ＜10 Ω

(f) Use a multimeter to measure the resistance
between the pin 1, 3, 4 of intake mass flow
sensor connector E07 and the ground
respectively.

E07（3）- ground ＞ 10 MΩ

E02（4）- ground ＞ 10 MΩ

Is the inspection result normal?
YES>To step 6.

No > Maintain or replace the harness.

6 . Replace the intake mass flow sensor
(a) Replace the intake mass flow sensor.
(b) Use a diagnostic apparatus to perform DTC verification procedures.
(c) Implement the steps to read sensor data stream.
(d) Check whether DTC exists.

Is the inspection result normal?
YES>Replace the intake mass flow sensor.
NO >To step 7.

7 . Check the power circuit of the turbocharger actuator
