AIM – The Story so Far
Milestones
Formed in 2004 we started out as a dedicated provider of high calibre interim
managers to the food industry.
In 2007 as a result of requests from our customers we introduced a permanent
recruitment service.
In 2009 we added a consultancy division offering our clients a Lean Manufacturing
service.
In 2015 AIM expanded the recruitment team and reorganised into vertical markets.
In 2016 purchased new offices to accommodate the team expansion plans.
In 2017 we are enhancing the capability of the AIM team and creating more great
client and candidate relationships
