Sink Stopper Knot
This beauty of a stopper knot is just
the job when a really large knot is
wanted. It is a development of a slipped
overhand knot but with the bight formed in
the standing part. It does, however, need
careful manipulation and tightening to
ensure it keeps its shape and bulk.
