  Summer Development Plan
 End of Season – May 31st
• Rest/Vacation
 June 1st – July 4th
Weight lifting: 5x per week (1hr) – Monday through Friday Basketball workout: 5x per week (1hr) – Monday through Friday
• Emphasize Ball handling, passing and finishing in warm ups. Build a routine.
• Lot of dribble moves. Make Zhaire feel uncomfortable with the ball at all times. If
he is not losing the ball, he is not dribbling hard/fast enough.
• Every move must initiate contact for drives through the defender
• Foundation – build a strong base with great balance
• Study NBA spacing – Show Zhaire film and explain on the court
• Work on game shots out of the 76ers offense to prepare for summer league
• Ramp up on cardio as summer league gets closer to be in game shape
   July 5th – July 15th
