August 1st – Training Camp
Weight lifting: 6x per week (1hr) – Monday through Saturday Basketball workout: 5x per week (1hr) – Monday through Friday
• Keep on building ball handling, passing and finishing through warm up. Everything is game like. Ball handling is done under pressure. Finishing has defense. Passing has defense in the way.
• All shots are game shots. What sets will Zhaire will gets shots off? Ask coaching staff. Work on those shots.
• Where will he gets shots within the offense? Work on those shots
• More cardio and intensity as training camp approaches.
• Pick & Roll and DHO work. Must master passes and reads. Attack the switch.
• Study 76ers offensive and defensive packages. Be a student of the game. Come
to training camp prepared.
Obviously, the decisions on Zhaire’s calendar will be made together with Zhaire, his agent, and the 76ers coaching staff and front office. This schedule can be altered to fit Zhaire’s personal engagements and vacation periods. We would love to have Zhaire in Philadephia working out in our facilities as much as possible.
