remaining net income and capital of the ANPT Fund (“the Remaining ANPT Amount”) into one
or more equal sections and hold same on trust, subject to the terms of trust provided in the
BCTT Terms Schedule.

9.5 If the ANPT Principal Beneficiary survives me by 30 days, the Remaining ANPT Amount shall
be held on trust and dealt with in accordance with the remaining provisions of this Will.

9.6 For the purposes of the immediately preceding subclause only, the words “survive me” and
“my death” wherever they appear in the succeeding clauses are to be read for the purposes
of that subclause as referring to “survive the ANPT Principal Beneficiary” and “the ANPT
Principal Beneficiary’s death”.

10. Distributions in Lieu

10.1 This clause shall be subject to:
a) My Executor’s discretionary powers provided in the Discretionary Powers Schedule;
b) The provisions of the Adjustment of Aggregate Wealth Schedule; and
c) The provisions of the BCTT Terms Schedule.

10.2 Where a person nominated as a beneficiary under the preceding clause of this Will:
a) Does not survive me by 30 days; but
b) Leaves a Child or Children who survive me by 30 days; then
My Executor shall divide the share that such person would have otherwise been entitled to
(“the Share”) into one or more equal subsections and shall hold one equal subsection of the
Share on trust for such Child or each of such Children provided they attain the age of 25 years.

10.3 Where a person who would otherwise take the place of a beneficiary under the preceding
subclause of this Will does not survive me by 30 days and does not leave a Child or Children
who survive me by 30 days THEN I DIRECT the shares that such person would have otherwise
been entitled to ("the Share") into one or more equal subsections as follows:
a) 1 subsection to AMIE LOUISE WARD;
b) 1 subsection to JACOB COLE SCOTT;
c) 1 subsection to MICHAEL IAN JONES;
d) 1 subsection to WILLIAM SCOTT JONES; and
e) 1 subsection to LANDAS RAWNESLEY.

11. Earlier Vesting in Certain Circumstances

The requirement in this Will for a beneficiary nominated herein to attain a specified age will
not apply if at the vesting date of the relevant trust, the requirement would have prevented
the vesting of all or any part of my Estate pursuant to this Will.

12. Provisions and Schedules to form part of this Will

The terms contained in this section of my Will shall be referred to herein as “the Main
Provisions of My Will”. The Schedules immediately following this clause and commencing on
