Cathy grew up in the home building business with her father, a custom homebuilder, so new construction has always been in her blood. Licensed since 1986 and full-time in the business since 2000, Cathy started selling New Homes in King Farm in Rockville, MD. She quickly realized that her vast knowledge of construction was more of a benefit to consumers so she went into general brokerage so that she could share her expertise and care with buyers and sellers alike with a specialty in New Construction. This expertise is shared with affiliates!
