Cathy and affiliates of Signature Home Sales care about you and your family but most importantly every agent’s fiduciary duty is to protect your financial interests throughout the transaction. We do not charge any extra fees on top of commission as many agents/brokers do. Charging this additional fee does not align with our fiduciary duty to you!
What is this fee? This is a transaction fee charged to the agent to hang their license with their broker. It is a fee that should come out of their commission, not charge it to you! The fee is called different things by different brokerages. For example, on your settlement statement you may see a: Broker Fee, Broker Compliance Fee, Transaction Fee, Admin Fee, or Documentation Fee. Just say NO to this “junk” fee, or call Signature Home Sales and ask to work with one of our affiliates so you don’t have to have that conversation!
