Leadership with Credentials of Value to Serve Your Best Interests!
Professional Home Stager & Redesigner (HSR)
The HSR Certification program was the first and is one of the only Accredited staging training by the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) which is the governing body for the home staging industry.
Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS)
As a real estate professional, you know there are major differences when it comes to selling new homes versus selling resale.
As a Certified New Home Specialist, Cathy provides:
• History of having 40% of her business in NEW
CONSTRUCTION.
• Expertise having grown up in the custom
homebuilding business learning the construction
process, design terms, best upgrades and more!
• Knowledge in the industry, how builders vary in
quality of construction and history of issues.
• Understanding how builders work behind the
scenes with price increases, when it’s the best time to buy, how to save the most money, which options bring the greatest return in the resale market.
• Consultation on choosing a building site and important things to think about for future comfort and enjoyment.
Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)
The CRS designation is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers, and brokers. On average, CRS designees earn nearly three times more in income, transactions, and gross sales than non- designee REALTORS®.
Certified Color Expert (CCE)
The Certified Color Expert (CCE) training program was created because there is a huge need in the design industry for a structured, process-oriented, color certification training that’s focused on growing the color consultation industry by connecting Certified Color Experts to home owners in need.
Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI)
The Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation.
Buying property is a complex and stressful task. In fact, it’s often the biggest single investment you will make in your lifetime. At the same time, real estate transactions have become increasingly complicated.
New technology, laws, procedures and the increasing sophistication of buyers and sellers requires real estate practitioners to perform at an ever-increasing level of professionalism.
GRI designees:
• Have pursued a course of study that represents
the minimum common body of knowledge for
progressive real estate professionals.
• Have developed a solid foundation of knowledge and
skills to navigate the current real estate climate—no
matter what its condition.
• Are recognized nationally.
• Act with professionalism and are committed to
serving their clients and customers with the highest ethical standards.
