1 Arrange the four strands in a square bundle; open them
out slightly with the top two inside the back two, all with a

slight space between.
2 Take the outer right-hand strand behind two strands and
over to the middle of those two.

3 Take the outer left-hand strand behind two strands and
over to the middle of those two.
4 Take the outer right-hand strand behind two strands and

over to the middle of those two.
5 Take the outer left-hand strand behind two strands and
over to the middle of those two.
6 Carry on right outer, left outer until the required length is

made.
7 The finished sennit.
