Crown Sennits
Three + Three alternate crown sennit
1 With six strands spread out neatly, make
a crown knot using every other strand.
2 Now crown the other three strands,
making the crown in the same direction.
3 Pull the crown tight so it beds neatly
down.
4 Carry on the alternate crowns until the
required length is reached.
