Not Meet – the student has unsuccessfully met the quantitative and qualitative standards of the
financial aid standards of performance and progress according to the terms outlined in the college
catalog and posted on the website.
Maximum Timeframe – the student has exceeded the maximum timeframe for their active degree
program.
Denied – the student submitted a Request for an Appeal and the appeal was denied. A student can
regain eligibility for financial aid when he/she has satisfactorily met the financial aid SAP standards. It
is the students’ responsibility to request that their financial aid be reevaluated.
Academic Plan Agreement – Agreement with criteria that must be adhere to in order to receive and
maintain financial aid.
