When I Am Attacked By The Enemy
Lord, I praise You as my Deliverer and thank You that You will deliver me from my enemies. I know that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against princi- palities, against powers, against the rules of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). You will lift me up above those who rise against me and deliver me from the violent forces that oppose me. Lead me, O Lord, in Your righteousness because of my enemies; make Your way straight before my face (Psalm 5:8). I give thanks to You, Lord, and sing praises to Your name (Psalm 18:49). Thank you that You always lead us in triumph in Christ (2 Corinthians 2:14).
No weapon formed against you shall proper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is from Me, says the LORD. ISAIAH 54:17
Lord, I thank You that You have already defeated the enemy. I submit to You this day and resist the onslaught of the enemy upon my life, knowing that he will flee form me (James 4:7). I worship You in the midst of everything I face, knowing that in Your presence there is safety and peace.
He delivered me from my strong enemy, from those who hated me, for they were too strong for me...He de- livered me because He delighted in me. PSALM 18:17,19
Lord, I worship You as Lord over everything. I praise You as my all-powerful King. You, Lord, You are a shield to all who trust in You (Psalm 18:28-30). I will not be afraid nor dismayed because of the force of evil that comes against me, for I know that the battle is not mine but Yours. I know that I will not need to fight this battle alone. Instead, I will position myself in a stance of praise and worship toward You, and I will stand still and see our salvation, for You are with me (2 Chronicles 20:15- 17). Thank You that You will deliver me from the enemy and enable me to stand strong.
Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. EPHESIANS 6:10-11
