the daughter of late superstar Whitney Houston and singer Bobby Brown, has died at the age of 22. She had been hospitalized and re- mained in a coma since Janu- ary 2015, when she was found unconscious in a bathtub. In June, she had been moved to a hospice facility.
A statement released by the family says: “Bobbi Kristina Brown passed away Sunday, July, 26 2015, surrounded by her family. She is finally at peace in the arms of God. We want to again thank everyone for their tremendous amount of love and support during these last few months.”
Sadly, Bobbi Kristina died in a similar way to her mother who, about three years earlier, accidentally drowned in a bathtub in Beverly Hills. Au-

thorities later determined the cause to be heart problems and a drug overdose.
News of her death sparked an instant outpouring of mourning and condolences on social media, even amongst celebrities who spoke out via Twitter.
Will Smith and Jay Z are teaming up to bring the story of Emmett Till to the small screen in a miniseries. Enter- tainment Weekly reports that the two will be producing the miniseries for HBO along with Aaron Kaplan, James Lassiter and Jay Brown.
Emmett Till was murdered in 1955 in Mississippi at the age of 14 after reportedly flirting with a white woman. His killers, J.W Milam and Roy
Bryant were acquitted of his murder and admitted to being guilty after the trial.
Production companies Roc Nation, Kapital Entertainment and Overbrook will be handling the series. No writers have been chosen for the project yet.
This will be the second time Till’s story is being told, as PBS aired a documentary, The Murder of Emmett Till, in 2003.

Cosby Speaks Out
Central Ends
After months of keeping mostly quiet, actor, comedian, and philanthropist Bill Cosby speaking out through his new attorney and public spokes- woman, Monique Pressley. Not only is she making her rounds on various news pro- grams, but she is also outright rejecting all the accusations from women who have ac- cused Cosby of drugging and sexually assaulting them.
Pressley told USA Today: “My primary focus is to try to ensure that the reporting by the media is paying attention to the facts. I am the high- lighter, pointing to these facts: There has been no charge of criminal conduct, no convic- tion and no admission of crim- inal conduct by Mr. Cosby.”
She added, “[The media] have picked out things they wanted to be seen and heard, and then they shut down (ac- cess to the deposition) and that’s not balanced... You have the right to deny and defend yourself, and by saying that something did not happen or denying it does not mean you are calling someone a liar.”
Regarding The Accusations
Pressley says these en- counters date back many years ago to a time when the seda- tive quaaludes was “common in social settings”.
She comments, “Nothing Cosby did then was coercive. Critics who point to this be- havior as damaging to his standing as a conservative public moralist are forgetting that people can change.”
She also added that “offering

a substance in a consensual re- lationship... is not a crime... it’s not even news,” and that Cosby denies ever giving any substance to any woman with- out her consent and knowl- edge.
On Bill Cosby Being A Hypocrite
Pressley says, “It doesn’t mean that 40 years later he can’t offer words of wisdom about ways to do things and not do things. You can label him a hypocrite if you want but don’t label him a serial rapist because you find him hypocritical.”
On Being A Black Woman On This Case
Pressley says she is already being heavily criticized for tak- ing Cosby’s case.
People are saying everything from: “Bravo!” to “Way to go” to “You’re getting money from a serial rapist,” and “Shame on you”. One tweet even said, “How can a black woman rep- resent Bill Cosby?”
But Pressley says it doesn’t matter because “I believe in the work I am doing.”
JORDAN PEELE AND KEEGAN-MICHAEL KEY
Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele will end their Key and Peele run on Comedy Central with the wrap of its fifth and current season, Comedy Central confirmed Saturday.
After five seasons together on Comedy Central, the comedic duo is parting ways from the program. Peele tweeted Satur- day morning "Don't miss the last 8 episodes!" in reference to the ending of the current sea- son.
Key and Peele both co-cre- ated and star in the Comedy Central show, which debuted its first season in 2012.
Comedy Central announced in March 2014 that the network is teaming with the pair and creat- ing an animated spinoff based on their Critiquer's Corner "Vandaveon & Mike" character. The animated program will fea- ture the characters as 12-year- old hall monitors navigating their way through junior high.
Both comedians created Van- daveon & Mike as a humorous way to provide commentary on episodes of their own show and have since been added to on-de- mand episodes of the Comedy Central series.
Key is nominated for a sup- porting actor in a comedy series Emmy for Key & Peele, which also scored a variety sketch se- ries nom.
