MR. HERBERT ALEXANDER RAHMINGS, SR.
Homegoing services for Mr. Herbert Alexander Rah- mings, Sr. of Tampa, who passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2015, will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2015, at 2 p. m. at First Born Church Of The Living God, 3727 N. 29th Street, Elder Larry Cook, pastor, officiating. The inter- ment will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
Herbert was born Novem- ber 6, 1927, in Tampa, to the late Thomas Rahming and Albertha Berk. He was a high school graduate and as a young adult, he lived in New York City. He served in the U. S. Army National Guard.
He relocated to Tampa, where he attended trade school and became an ac- complished electrician. He was the owner of Herb Rah- mings Electric Company, where he served customers in Hillsborough County, FL.
Mr. Rahmings worked for the City of Tampa and the Tampa Housing Authority as an electrical inspector.
Herbert was recognized for his charming personality and being a dedicated, husband, father and grandfather. For rest and relaxation he en- joyed spending time at home and engaged in his favorite pastime, fishing.
He was preceded in death by: his parents; sisters, Ce- celia Gillette and Bertha Rah- mings; brothers, Thomas and James Rahmings; and daughters, Sandra and Brenda Rahmings.
He leaves to cherish his memories: a devoted wife, Bessie M. Rahmings; chil- dren, Michael D. Herrington, Herbert A. Rahmings, Jr., Alexander L. Rahmings, Clif- ford L. Rahmings and Corey A. Rolfe; 29 grandchildren and 48 great grandchildren; and a host of other loving family and friends.
The visitation will be held at First Born Church Of The Living God on Friday, May 1, 2015, from 5-7:30 p. m. The family will receive friends from 6-7 p. m.
The family and friends are asked to meet at the church for the service on Saturday.

MOTHER VENELLIA RANDOLPH
Homegoing services for Mother Venellia Randolph of Tampa, who passed away Thursday, April 23, 2015, will be held Saturday, May 2, 2015, at 2 p. m. at Unity AME Church, 1013 W. Dr. MLK, Jr., Blvd., Rev. Patricia Mosely, pastor, officiating. The interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park Ceme- tery.
Mother Randolph was born in Palmetto, FL, to the late Napoleon Randolph and Frances (Mays) Randolph.
She was a member of Unity AME Church. She served on numerous boards and ministries throughout her 86 years on the Lord’s battlefield. She has served as Youth Director, Steward, Trustee, Pastor’s Aide, Choir Member, Missionary Society Silver Sister, and Mother of the Church.
She loved her children, grandchildren, great grand- children and great-great grandchildren with all her heart and would do whatever was necessary for their well- being.
She leaves to mourn her passing: 4 daughters, Martha Joyner (Sam), Roxane John- son, Kathy Levy (Darrell), and Ida Randolph-Douglas (Timothy); 2 sons, Claude Randolph (Mary), and Charleston Randolph; 21 grandchildren, Misty Joyner- Downer (John), Adrian Joyner (Candace), Atlanta, GA, Kemeka Flowers, Latonya Ball (Marcus), La- toya Johnson, Monique Brown (Henry), Monisha, Shana, Shanelle, Kassandra and Keaundra Johnson, Eboni, Michael, Sr., Keisher and Terance Randolph, De- andra, Devon and Venellia Levy, and Tavasia and Tia- hana Douglas; 27 great grandchildren and 3 great- great grandchildren; a de- voted niece, Mary Sturks-Mitchell; a devoted nephew, Randolph Hodo (Emma); best friend, Lily Register; friends, Robert and Carrie Hurst, Michael and Betty Jackson, and Dorothy Wilder; and a host of other relatives and friends.
The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, May 1, 2015, from 5-8 p. m. The family will receive friends from 7-8. p. m. The friends and family are asked to meet at the church on Sat- urday for the service.

MR. FRANK D. WOODARD
Mr. Frank D. Woodard was born on September 24, 1959, in Pahokee, FL, he was the son of Frank, Sr. and Odessa Woodard.
Frank is survived by: his wife of 32 years, Debrah Jackson-Woodard; daughter, Lashaun N. Woodard; daughter, Marquita M. Woodard; grandson, Emari D. Stribling; grandson, Treyshon D. Alexander; and a host of cousins, close friends, and dear friends.
Frank was preceded in death by: his father and mother, Frank, Sr. and Odessa Woodard.
Frank graduated from Plant City High School, in the class of 1977. He worked for the City of Plant City and be- came an employee of C. F. In- dustries in 1980, and was part of the organization for over 35 years.
Frank was a loving and faithful husband to his wife, Debrah Woodard, whom he met in 1978, and married on March 31, 1982. Frank and Debrah were married for 32 years and during that time, their marriage brought forth Lashaun and Marquita Woodard. During their time together, Frank became a member of The Sixth Street Church of Christ.
Frank lived a happy and memorable life, where he was able to impact the lives of both his family and friends. Frank’s presence is gone, but his legacy lives on through his family.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2015, at 10 a. m. Visitation will be Friday, May 1, 2015, from 5-7 p. m. All services will be held at The Sixth Street Church of Christ, Lakeland, FL. CONEY FU- NERAL HOME is in charge of arrangements. www.coneyfh.com

WILLIAMS
Ms. Felicia Jakarta Williams, 44, of Tampa, passed away April 25, 2015.
She graduated from Bran- don High School with hon- ors. She was a law clerk at Albertelli Law. She was a vol- unteer at Metropolitan Min- istries and was always feeding the homeless. She mentored and supported young females. She always shared everything she had.
Felicia was a very compas- sionate person. She loved to cook.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Edward.
She is survived by: her parents, Leonard, Sr. and Evelyn Williams of Tampa; maternal grandparents, Harold and Mary Jenkins; three brothers, Andre, Leonard, Jr. and Daron; two sisters, Mary (Curtis) Reed and Marguerite Williams; nephew, Trace Reed; and nu- merous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service will take place at 10 a. m. on Sat- urday, May 2, 2015, at Uni- versity Area Community Center, 14013 N. 22nd Street, Tampa, 33613.
In lieu of flowers, dona- tions may be made to Florida Chapter of the ALS Associa- tion or Metropolitan Min- istries.

Homegoing services for Mrs. Leona “Lee” Everett- Preston, who passed away on April, 25, 2015, will be held Saturday, May 2, 2015, at 1 p. m. at Spring Hill Missionary Baptist Church, 8119 East Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., Tampa, 33619, with Pastor Eugene Garnett, offi- ciating. Interment will be made in Mayberry Cemetery, Bessie Dix Road, Seffner, FL.
Leona was raised in Seffner, FL and attended the public schools of Hillsbor- ough County.
She was baptized and con- verted at an early age under the Pastor J. H. Butler at Lov- ing Hill Primitive Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Amos and Gladys Everett; brothers, Amos, Jr., Edgar, Clarence and Carl Everett; her sister, Florence; and other family members and friends.
She leaves cherished memories in the hearts of: her husband, Charles Pre- ston, Jr.; her only child, She- lia Everett of Tampa; grandchildren, Tiara, Ja- keena, Theodis, III, and Shayla Holloway; great grandchildren, Khaliyah, Trevon, Torunn and Carter of Tampa; brothers, Earl (Joyce), Ernest and Luther Everett; sisters, Myrtle Hamilton, Carlyn (Chester) Harrelson, Gladys “Polly” Everett, and Ella Everett; brothers-in-law, Carey “Blood,” Frank, and Randy; sisters-in-law, Thelma, Ruth, Alice and Jessie; devoted nephews and nieces, Alfreda, Joyce, Charlie “Tuna,” and Beryl “JR;” special friends and neighbors, Ms. Eula and Tomika; and a host of other sorrowing family and friends.
