Help Needed In Identifying Shoplifter
These are surveillance pho- tos of two women suspected of stealing cologne and perfume from the Ulta Beauty Supply Store. One of the women is wearing a black tee shirt with “Won’t Be Caught” in large let- ters on the front.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help in identifying two women captured on a surveillance cam- era shoplifting.
Detectives said on March 15th at 3:42 p. m., two Black fe- males entered the Ulta Beauty Supply Store and allegedly stole $1,478 worth of cologne and perfumes.
The women were seen put- ting the merchandise in a bag they removed from their purses.
Surveillance footage revealed that one of the women was wearing a black tee shirt that said “Won’t Be Caught” across the front in large letters. Both women left in a newer model bright blue Hyundai.
Both women were described as being 5’5” tall and weighing 200 pounds.

Man Arrested For Sexual Acts With A Teenager
Nine Gang Members Plead Guilty
A joint investigation resulted in the Hillsborough County State Attorney’s Office arrested 9 members of the “Norte 14,” Gang. Earlier this week, 9 of those individuals were sen- tenced to prison.
The group faced criminal charges that included murder, aggravated battery, aggravated assault, and robbery. The crimes took place in Hillsbor- ough, Manatee and Polk Coun- ties, officials said.
The crimes dated back to be- fore 2013. The 10-month inves- tigation that concluded with 11 arrests was conducted by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, the Plant City Police De- partment, and the Florida At- torney General’s Office of State wide Prosecution.
The nine individuals who en- tered guilty pleas before their trials began are as follows.
Nahum Calderon, 26, pleaded guilty to 1 count of racketeering and 2 counts of conspiracy to racketeer. Calderon is facing 3 years in prison, followed by 3 years of probation at an upcoming sen- tencing date.
Sergio Calderon, 23, pleaded guilty to 1 count of racketeering and 2 counts of conspiracy to racketeer. Calderon is facing 3 years in prison, followed by 3 years of probation at an upcoming sen- tencing date.
Michael Lugo, 24, pleaded guilty to racketeering, conspir-
acy to racketeer, burglary of a dwelling, grand theft and crim- inal mischief. Lugo was sen- tenced to 8 years in prison.
Adrain Mata, 26, pleaded guilty to racketeering and con- spiracy to racketeer. Mata was sentenced to 8 years in prison. Oscar Ontiveros, 24, pleaded guilty to 1 count of racketeering and 8 counts of felony possession of firearm. Ontiveros was sentenced to 5 years in prison with a 3 year mandatory minimum.
Francisco Quiroz, 19, pleaded guilty to racketeering, conspiracy to racketeer, felony possession of a firearm and conspiracy to distribute co- caine. Quiroz was sentenced to more than 7 years in prison. Domingo Rosales, 24, pleaded guilty to 1 count of racketeering and 2 counts of conspiracy to racketeer. Ros- ales was sentenced to 3 years in prison followed by 3 years of probation.
Paul Sanchez, 26, pleaded guilty to racketeering, conspir- acy to racketeer, distribution of marijuana and violation of pro- bation. Sanchez was sen- tenced to more than 5 years in prison.
Michael Workman, 21, pleaded guilty to racketeering, conspiracy to racketeer and felony possession of a firearm. Workman was sentenced to more than 5 years in prison.
Two other members are awaiting trial.
Tampa Police reported that on April 27th, Dewey Hen- drix, 38, was arrested and charged with committing sev- eral sexual acts with a teenager.
Police said Hendrix has lived with the 16-year-old vic- tim as a girlfriend/boyfriend for the past 7 months. In the 7 months of the relationship, the couple allegedly has been in- volved in several sexual acts.
Police said over the past cou- ple of days, Hendrix per- suaded the victim to send him pictures so that he could adver- tise/procure her for prostitu- tion. He then reportedly took all of the proceeds from the acts of prostitution.
Hendrix and the victim got into a verbal altercation about money and Hendrix allegedly pushed the victim to the floor of their bathroom with his hands, causing an injury that

did not require medical atten- tion.
Police were called, and Hen- drix was arrested and charged with unlawful sex with a minor, forcing another to become a prostitute, battery/domestic vi- olence, deriving support from the proceeds of prostitution, and violating his probation on a burglary charge. He is being held without bond on the charges.
Man Arrested In Bedroom Of 12-Year-Old
Manatee County Sheriff’s deputies reported that they ar- rested a man Thursday after the grandmother of a 12-year- old girl caught him in her bed- room.
Deputies said Carlos Ramirez, 24, met the girl on- line. Deputies reported the two had planned to have sex, so he went to her house, snuck in her bedroom and was there for an hour when the grand- mother walked in and caught them.
The family called 9-1-1, and deputies arrived to take Ramirez into custody.

Ramirez suffered minor in- juries he sustained while re- sisting as family members held him for deputies.
An investigation into the in- cident is ongoing.
