Book: Mary J. Blige Fan, Saddam Hussein Listened To Her Music During His Last Days
A 6-year-old St. Louis boy, af- fectionately referred to as “Lil J,” took to Facebook to plead for gun violence to end in a video that quickly went viral.
For a solid four minutes, Lil J begged for peace and outlined how gun violence plagues his community. He articulately ex- plained why kids should be fo- cused on their education, and said adults should be “happy” and not “stressful” because peo- ple are getting shot.
Leanndra Cheatham, Lil J’s mom took to social media last week to share a four- minute clip of her son Jeffrey
Laney, aka Lil J talking about the effects of gun violence on his neighborhood and family.
Enter G.O.O.D. Music power- house Pusha T. After seeing the heartfelt video, he not only penned a letter to the child ad- dressing his concerns, but also decided to set up a college fund in Lil J’s name.
“I started this thing called a college fund for you ...it’s for when you grow up a little,” Pusha T wrote in an Instagram post. “You don’t have to worry about it now but when you do need it, it’s there for you.”

The new book claims the sol- diers guarding Saddam devel- oped a cozy relationship with the former leader of Iraq, after he was captured by U.S. troops and ask, for crimes against human- ity.

Bill Cosby’s Sexual Assault Case Is Underway
Bill Cosby has been ac- cused by more than 50 women of sexual assault.
But Cosby's fate will hang on testimony from just two of his accusers.
Cosby, 79, faces three counts of aggravated indecent assault for allegedly drugging and assaulting Andrea Con- stand, a Temple University employee, in 2004. He has de- nied the accusations since 2005, when Constand first went to the police.
The district attorney at that time declined to press charges -- and in 2006 Cosby settled a

civil suit with Constand that remained sealed for almost a decade.
As Cosby's opened Mon- day, there was a reminder of his former reputation as "America's Dad" — the actress who played his youngest daughter on TV.
Keshia Knight Pulliam, 38, who played Rudy Huxtable on "The Cosby Show," accompanied the co- median into the Montgomery County courthouse.
Neither Cosby nor Pulliam spoke as they entered.
A handful of the other accus- ers traveled to be at the court- house in small-town Pennsylvania, also.
Regina King is returning to the fairytale world of Cinderella to turn rapper Dana Dane’s 1987 hit Cinderfella into a new movie.
The ‘American Crime’ star and Dane have joined forces on the project and are currently shop- ping a script around Hollywood, while hunting for stars.
Sources claim Ice Cube is high on their wish list.
Dane’s hit revolved around an
urban “Cinderella” story, in which he was the unlucky ‘princess’ and his fairy god- mother was a guy called Hurb.
King has a good track record with “Cinderella” films – she starred in the 2004 remake of “A Cinderella Story.”
And the gender-bending tale isn’t a new concept – comedian Jerry Lewis starred in “Cin- derfella” in 1960.
