Crime Stoppers Are Currently Searching For Five Wanted Suspects
Woman Involved In Car Burglaries Being Sought
Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is currently searching for five persons wanted for vari- ous crimes. There is a reward of up to $3,000 for informa- tion leading to their where- abouts, arrests and convictions.
The suspects and the crimes in which they are wanted for as follows:
Elisaha Antwon Black, Jr., 22, is wanted by the Hills- borough County Sheriff’s Of- fice for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon (firearm).
The Tampa Police plan to charge him with 2 counts of criminal possession of per- sonal ID, flee to elude law enforcement, and false name to law enforcement.
Black also has a warrant from the Florida Department of Corrections for VOP simple battery as well as having a warrant for VOP DUI through misdemeanor probation. Black was report- edly involved in a shooting on May 28th and should be con- sidered armed.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is searching for twenty-three-year-old Quanell Leonard Black.
He is wanted for burglary of an unoccupied structure and criminal mischief with prop- erty damage.
The Florida Department of Corrections has also issued a warrant for VOP burglary of an

unoccupied struc- ture, VOP resisting an officer without violence, and VOP breaking or injuring fences.

32, has an active warrant issued by
the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Of-
fice for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and domestic violence battery.
The Tampa Police Depart- ment is searching for 19-year- old Joshua Zachary Wilson Davis. Davis is wanted for armed burglary residence, bur- glary of an unoccupied dwelling, grand theft of a firearm, and 2 counts of grand theft. A shotgun was stolen during one of the bur- glaries, therefore Davis may be armed.

54, is Hispanic and is wanted by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office. There are two active warrants for his arrest for failure of sex offender to register bi-annually; and for Failure to Appear as a sexual offender to report name or res- idence change.

Detectives are currently searching for a suspect be- lieved to be involved in bur- glarizing cars. The offense took place last Friday at the YMCA parking lot, 8950 W. Waters Avenue.
According to the Hillsbor- ough County Sheriff’s Office, three cars were burglarized between 8:30 a.m. and 9:15 a.m. The suspect reportedly smashed the windows of the cars, removed personal be- longings, and fled the scene.
A credit card belonging to one of the victims was used within minutes of the crime by a woman. The unidenti- fied woman purchased sev- eral gift cards from Publix at 7018 W. Waters Avenue.
The woman is described as Black, about 5’8” and weighing about 155 pounds. She had long black hair, brown eyes, and was wearing a navy blue dress and gold sandals. She was carrying a

black purse and wearing glasses, police said.

Suspicious Package Causes Evacuation At City Hall
Man Wanted For Snatching Woman’s Wallet
The Tampa Police De- partment’s Bomb Squad re- sponded to City Hall last Thursday, shortly before 7 p.m. in reference to a suspi- cious package. The 300 block of Jackson Street, between Tampa Street and Florida Avenue, was evacuated dur-
ing the investigation. According to police, “an
abundance of caution” was taken as the Bomb Squad ex- amined the package. Once they determined it did not contain anything harmful, the area was re-opened for business.
Police are currently searching for a man who snatched a woman’s wallet from her hands and fled. The theft occurred shortly after 9 p.m., Wednesday night.
According to the Hills- borough County Sheriff’s Of- fice, the victim was at the Target Store, 6295 W. Wa- ters Avenue when the theft took place. The woman and her daughter were about to enter the store when the sus- pect walked up behind her and snatched her wallet from her hands.
The victim’s daughter chased the man, but lost him as he ran toward the inter- section of Twelve Oaks Blvd., and Merrimac Dr.
