NORFOLK, Va. - Head vol- leyball coach Brittany Williams earned 2015 Mid- Eastern Athletic Conference Coach of the Year honors while five Wildcats were named to the All-MEAC teams as voted on by the conference head coaches and sports informa- tion directors, the league an- nounced Friday, Nov. 13.

The Florida A&M Rattler football team (1-9, 1-6 MEAC) fell to the Bears of Morgan State University (4-5, 4-3 MEAC), 21-7 at Earl C. Banks Field in Hughes Stadium.
After a scoreless first quar- ter, it took the Rattlers 2:17, seven plays, and 80-yards to score the first and only touch- down of the game.
The Rattlers would finish the game with 196 total yards, only adding 63 yards post- halftime compared the Bears’ 540 yards.
Junior defensive back Jules Dornevil and senior line-
backer Kashawn Butler led the Rattler defense with seven tackles apiece.
Norwood led the offense with 66 receiving yards and the FAMU’s lone touchdown. Coleman would finish the game with 136 yards going 15- of-34 on pass attempts..
The Rattlers will con- clude their season next Saturday, Nov. 21, at the annual Florida Blue Florida Classic against the Wildcats of Bethune- Cookman University at the Orlando Citrus Bowl. Kickoff is set for 2:30 p.m.
The 2015 Division II play- off bracket is set and three HBCU schools made the 28- team field, the NCAA an- nounced Sunday.
Virginia Union and Bowie State will represent the CIAA and Tuskegee the SIAC, re- spectively.
Virginia Union (8-2), the only HBCU team to win a postseason game last season, is a No. 7 seed. They will face No. 2 seed Slippery Rock in the first round.
Bowie State (9-2), runner- up in the CIAA after losing the conference championship
game Saturday to Winston- Salem State, is slotted as a No. 6 seed against No. 3 seed As- sumption.
Tuskegee (8-2), who lost in the SIAC championship game,
will be a No.6 seed against No. 3 seed Catawba.
The Division II playoffs begin Nov. 21. The national championship game is De- cember 19.
