Police contacted the De- partment of Children and Family Services to take pos- session of the children. They did not say what relationship the adults were to the chil- dren.
Bullard was reportedly asleep at the wheel in the middle of an intersection. Walker allegedly smoked marijuana with the infants in the car and allowed Bullard to get behind the wheel, even though she allegedly knew that he was “extremely intox- icated.”
Both Walker and Bullard are reportedly homeless, police said.
