In a lawsuit that sounds all too familiar, 50 Cent is being sued by two men who claim he stole the idea for “Power” from them.
According to the suit, which was filed in Manhattan Federal Court, 50 Cent was originally pitched the pilot episode of a show titled “Dangerous” in March 2011, written by the two men who filed the lawsuit, R. Byron Hord and Curtis Scoon.
In addition to the show’s ex- ecutive producer 50 Cent, Starz and parent company CBS were also named in Hord and Scoon’s lawsuit.

From the looks of the emo- tional two minute trailer for Fences, Denzel Washington is gunning for his third Acad- emy Award while Viola Davis very well may bring home her first.
The film, based on August Wilson’s 1987 Pulitzer Prize winning play with the same name takes place in 1950’s Pittsburgh. Washington plays Troy Maxson, a garbage col- lector who’s dream of making it

Meek Mill’s Crew Knock Out Beanie Sigel Over Beef With The Game

Kevin Hart has money coming from many sources, but his sta- dium shows pay him the most.
Since 2006 when Forbes began counting celebrities coins to report who’s making how much, Jerry Seinfeld has held the number one spot as the highest paid comedian, but today is a new day. Accord- ing to the outlet, Kevin Hart has dethroned the veteran comic and snagged the coveted spot.
Kevin Hart’s pockets run pretty deep. Between June 2015 to June 2016, Hart earned a whopping $87.5 mil- lion, that’s $30 million more than Seinfeld.
While the Philly native’s wealth comes from a plethora of places (endorsements, films, and campaigns including H&M) the bulk of the 37-year- old’s bank account comes from his stadium tours.
According to Forbes, the newly married comic sells out arenas including Madison Square Garden and The Staples Center, the way musicians do and since all he really needs is a bar stool, a microphone and himself, Hart pockets a bulk of the profits. The profits hover somewhere around a million per show, times that by 100 shows this year alone and Hart is laughing all the way to the bank.
The Game and Meek Mill’s beef led to Mill’s crew beating up Beanie Sigel.
Wack 100 has something to say about Meek Mill allowing his Dreamchasers camp to beat up Beanie Sigel in the midst of the MMG rapper’s beef with The Game.
The Compton rapper’s man- ager took to Instagram to blast Meek Mill. He says he should apologize for disrespecting Beans, who put Philadelphia on the map for Meek Mill to represent in the first place.
Dreamchasers affiliate Teefy Bey seemingly was the one to beat up the Philadelphia legend as video surfaced of Sigel knocked out cold back- stage at the Bad Boy Family Re- union show in his hometown.
In an interview after the fact, Bey wouldn’t give many details on why Beans got the beatdown, but said he “broke the code of ethics of the street.”
After Sigel appeared on Meek Mill’s “OOOUUU” diss track directed towards The Game, he appeared on a Balti- more radio station and said that he helped his fellow Philly rapper write his lyrics. The Game said this was the reason the Dreamchasers came after Sigel.
The beef between The Game and Meek Mill started when The Game called Meek a snitch on his “92 Bars” song. The MMG rapper retaliated with “OOOUUU” and Game answered with “Pest Control.” Not to mention the slew of words exchanged on Insta- gram, some revolving around philly cheesesteaks.
The Game just dropped the video for “Pest Control” (Sep- tember 27) to fan the flames a little longer.
50 CENT
If the lawsuit is successful, 50 Cent and the two networks face as much as $180,000 in fines per episode.
