Lil Wayne turned 34 Tues- day (September 27) and the man who he’s been in a year- long legal battle over his ca- reer, Birdman, wished him a happy birthday despite the negativity surrounding their relationship.
While Lil Wayne has been on his “F*%& Cash Money” cam- paign against his former father figure, it appears that Baby isn’t taking the shots person- ally (publically, at least) and still has love for the rapper who helped him put Cash Money Records on the map.

Get Money is set in New Or-
leans. Gamers will have the op- tion to play as villain, hustler, cop, boss, or entertainer. Ac- cording to the press release, “If you make the right choices, you get the money. But if you make the wrong choices it’s death, jail or destruction just like in the real world.”
Demetrius ‘Big Meech’ Flenory, Sr. gave his bless- ing to 50 Cent to produce a television series about his life and the Black Mafia Family (B.M.F.) empire that he ruled through the ’90s. The mogul’s son, Demetrius Flenory Jr. aka Lil Meech, is set to por- tray his father.
Lil Meech says that shoot- ing hasn’t started yet, but he’s working with an acting coach to prepare for the role. He also hasn’t spoken with 50 face-to- face, but he and his father were excited to partner with him, es- pecially after the success of his Starz show “Power,” which just
wrapped up its third season. Big Meech and his brother, Terry organized a drug distri- bution organization in Detroit
in the late 1990s.
The organization became
known as the Black Mafia Family in 2000. The BMF was allegedly involved in large- scale trafficking of cocaine throughout the United States from 1990 through 2005. Its network eventually spanned as far as Los Angeles, California to Atlanta, Georgia. Both Big Meech and his younger brother Terry are serving 30- year sentences.
