MR. LARRY ‘D’ STEADMAN, SR.
Mr. Larry Steadman Sr., affec- tionately known as “D” of Tampa, passed away on Thurs- day, September 22, 2016 with his loving family members at his side.
Funeral services will be con- ducted on Saturday, October 1, 2016, 11 a. m. at Exciting Central Tampa Baptist Church, 2923 N. Tampa Street, Tampa, with Dr. Jeffrey L. Singletary, officiating and Rev. Cleveland Lane, Eulo- gist. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Larry was preceded in death by: his mother, Mary F. Stead- man; father, John K. Steadman; sisters, Barbara Jean Steadman and Sandra Steadman-Garrett.
He leaves to cherish memo- ries of him with: his sons, Larry Steadman Jr. (Shonteka), Avious Steadman (Dashonna), Antonio Steadman, Aaron Steadman, John Steadman (Jocelyn), Tre’ Steadman (Gloria); daughter, Jayla Van Dunk; grandchildren, Larry, III, Ayden, Javon, Cameron, Violet, Demitrious, Krishwan, Zarius, Jordan, Avi- ous Jr., Kaleiah, Kaniyah, La’niah and Aaron, Jr; brothers, Frank Steadman, Sr., Donald Steadman, Sr. (Vanessa), Bernard Steadman (Rose), Andre Steadman (Kimberly) and John K. Larry Steadman, Sr. was born in Washington, DC on September 1, 1954 to the parentage of John K. and Mary F. Steadman and he was raised in the Sulphur Springs community of Tampa. He attended Chamberlin High School and later earned his GED.
For many years he operated his own businesses from a cloth- ing boutique to a successful land- scaping and lawn maintenance service. Larry was a skilled con- struction worker where he would boast about the buildings he helped build in downtown Tampa.
Larry was very active in the lives of his sons and grandchil- dren. He participated in both their school and sporting events. Larry loved sports and was a huge fan of the Dallas Cowboys, FSU and Philadelphia 76ers. Larry was a loving father, grand- father, brother, uncle and friend. Everyday Larry started and ended his day with a humble prayer for daily guidance and wisdom.
There will be a viewing on Fri- day, September 30, 2016 at Wil- son Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, 5 – 7 p. m. with the family receiving friends from 6-7 p. m.
Friends are asked to assemble at the church on Saturday at ap- proximately 10:45 a. m. for the service.

MR. SAMUEL L. WASHINGTON, SR.
Funeral service for Mr. Samuel L. Washington, Sr., who passed away on Tuesday, Sep- tember 27, 2016 will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at 12 noon at New Mt. Zion Mission- ary Baptist Church, 2511 E. Columbus Drive, Tampa, with the Rev. Larry L. Roundtree, II officiating. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Washington leaves to cherish precious memories of him with: his wife, Bertha Wash- ington; son, Samuel L. Washing- ton, Jr. and wife, Donna Washington; daughters, Estrel- lita (Lo) Berry and husband, Rev. Dr. George E. A native of Koenton, Ala- bama, Mr. Washington was a resident of Tampa for over 60 years. He was a faithful member of New Mt. Zion Missionary Bap- tist Church.

MS. PATRICIA JAMES DELOCH
Ms. Patricia James Deloch, af- fectionately known as Pat, went from labor to reward on Tues- day, September 20, 2016. She was born on March 27, 1952 in Plaquemine, LA.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Thelma and Mitchell James; brothers, Don- ald Ray James and Donald Ray “Duck” James; sister, Yolanda Yvette James; nephews, Leslie Tate, Tito James, and Adrian Chapman, Jr., and niece, Kenya James.
Pat leaves behind to cherish her memories: a loving daughter, Sharon Deloch, and very devoted and loving son, Sidney (Paula) Deloch; 5 grandchildren: Sierra Coffee, Roger Grace, Malachi De- loch, Myron and Myrion Grooms; 4 great granddaugh- ters; sisters, Jean Pugh, Deborah James, Marion (Manuel) Rivera, Jacqueline Sheriff, Cynthia (Reginald) Washington, Sr., Donna McCloud, and Kathy James; brothers, Kenneth James, Joseph James, Gerrold (Emmaline) Mitchell, Sr., Mitchell (Sophia) James, Larry (Sandra) James, and Randall (Seko) James; one uncle, John Henry Joseph, and aunt, Amy Pearl James; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends; longtime devoted friends, Rhonda Hunter and Juanita Howard.

REV. DWAYNE LOVALE PRICE
A homegoing celebration for Reverend Dwayne Lovale Price of Brandon, Florida who passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 will be held Saturday, Octo- ber 1st, 1 p. m. at Happy Gospel Church, 1915 53rd Avenue E., Bradenton, Florida. Rev. Dwayne K. Caddis, pastor, offici- ating. The interment will be in Sarasota National Cemetery.
Rev. Dwayne Lovale Price was born June 20, 1961 to the late John Price and Barbara Jean Lofton. He was married to his loving friend and partner, Greta Caines-Price for 12 years, to- gether for 15 years. Dwayne at- tended Robinson High School in Tampa. He grew up in Palmetto and Tampa, Florida.
Dwayne attended Mt. Zion A. M. E. Church, where he was an associate minister, worship leader, choir member, Itinerant Elder and preached the word whenever he was asked.
Dwayne went on to serve his country in the U. S. Army for thirteen years as a medic and surgical technician. While in the Army he attended the Chami- nade University of Honolulu, ob- taining an Associate in Arts Degree. After leaving the Armed Services with an honorable dis- charge, he moved back to Tampa, where he then attended the University of Tampa earning his Bachelor’s of Arts Degree. He worked at Tampa General Hos- pital as a Certified Surgical Tech- nologist in the CVOR for ten years.
Dwayne also attended Asbury Seminary and completed several courses. In 2002, he was or- dained as an Itinerant Deacon and then an Itinerant Elder. After he left Tampa General Hos- pital, he moved his profession to Lakeland Regional Hospital for nine and a half years as a Certi- fied Surgical Technologist in the CVOR. He also attended Erwin Technical Center in 2010, and completed the Polysomnography program in which he earned a certificate.
In 2014, after leaving Lake- land Regional Hospital, he re- joined the Tampa General CVOR team. Also in 2014, he and his wife became owners of a BBQ and Catering business called FloRibbean BBQ and Catering. On August 15, 2016 he started a new position at Tampa General Hospital in the Parathyroid Sur- gical Unit.
Dwayne’s passion was living, loving, speaking, and worship- ping the Lord. Dwayne’s per- sonal mission was seeing his grandchildren grow up.
He leaves to cherish his mem- ories with: his loving and de- voted wife, Greta Caines-Price; two daughters and sons-in-law, Jessica and Jacque Vigier, Ju- lianna “Chibe” and Demarcus Robinson; one son, James Stew- ard; three granddaughters, Al- isha Charles, Mauriana Williams, Sayuri Robinson; two grandsons, Noah Vigier, Joseph

MR. CLIFTON CHATMAN
Mr. Clifton Chatman passed September 14, 2016. He did work at the James A. Haley V. A. Hospital for 16 years, and worked 4 years at the Diagnostic Center.
His remains will be sent to Houston, Texas to his son and daughter; sisters and brothers, leaving spe- cial friends in Tampa.
