TYSAIAH CHRISTOPHER WILLIAMS DONALDSON 9/30/1996 --- 12/30/2015
On Friday, January 8th, po- lice arrested a 17-year-old in connection with a murder that took place on December 30th. He was arrested in Polk County.
According to the Hillsbor- ough County Sheriff’s Office, shortly after 7 p.m., on Decem- ber 30th, Tysaiah Christo- pher Williams Donaldson, 19, and two others were sitting outside his apartment at the Oak Bend Apartment Complex.
Two Black males, who wanted to purchase marijuana from Donaldson, approached the individuals. The second Black male produced a hand- gun and pointed it at Donald- son. He allegedly told Donaldson to give it up and that he would take all of it. The Black male with the handgun then shot Donaldson in the chest.
As the suspect was attempt- ing to get away, he reportedly pointed the gun at both of the witnesses and told them to get back, police said.
Donaldson was transported to Florida Hospital, where he died as a result of the gunshot wound.
As detectives launched their

Investigators obtained a photograph of Everett and the witnesses allegedly identi- fied him as the person who shot and killed Donaldson. Police then obtained an arrest war- rant for Everett.
Everett was charged with first-degree murder, attempted armed robbery, and two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Police have not released any information pertaining to the second suspect. However, the investigation into the shooting is continuing.

On Friday, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office Computer Crimes detectives used a war- rant to arrest 24-year-old Joshua Austin, charging him with lewd and lascivious con- duct, transmission of material harmful to a minor, contribut- ing to the delinquency of a minor and felony use of two- way communication device. He is being detained in Taylor County and awaiting extradi- tion to Polk County.
Authorities said in August 2015, Austin met a 15-year-old girl online in a website chat- room. Austin and the victim reportedly continued to com- municate by text message and entered into an online dating relationship.
During the relationship, de- tectives said Austin mailed the victim sex toys and condoms.
Detectives said the victim’s father found the items hidden in his daughter’s bedroom. The father contacted Austin and told him to leave his daughter alone and that she was only 15. At that time, Austin reportedly told the victim’s father he was 20 years old.
In January 2016, the victim’s father saw evidence on his daughter’s cell phone that she was still communicating with Austin and the father con- tacted authorities.
Detectives traveled to Perry, Florida and interviewed Austin before placing him under arrest.
Authorities said Austin vio- lated four Florida Statutes in his contact with the 15-year-old.
On Saturday, a man with a lengthy record was arrested on a felony charge of sexual bat- tery.
Tampa Police arrested Bruce Darnel Wilson, 42, Saturday morning after he fled the apartment where the al- leged sexual assault occurred.
Wilson, who according to records has served three sepa- rate prison terms, was sleeping on the victim’s couch with an- other person before the alleged assault occurred.
Early Saturday, police said Wilson let himself into the sleeping victim’s room and re- moved his pants and under- wear. He then reportedly undressed the victim. Wilson was kissing the victim’s back and shoulder, according to the arrest report, then rubbed against the victim. He also re-

Women Suspected Of Drugging, Robbing Men
Although authorities vowed to do whatever it took to recover 42 handguns stolen during the burglary of a Carrollwood gun shop in October 2015, only four of the guns have been recovered, and reported that they were in the hands of suspected crimi- nals arrested or chased by au- thorities. The remainder have disappeared.
In December, authorities lost hope of ever recovering the stolen guns when the case against four brothers accused in the burglary and theft fell apart and the charges were dropped.
Authorities said the four guns that were seized had been in the hands of people who shouldn’t have them, including a con- victed felon who was using the firearm while committing an- other felony.
On a tip, the four brothers had been arrested for the burglary and theft and officials at the time said they were not cooper- ative and refused to tell them what they did with the guns.
Prosecutors never filed charges against one of the brothers, and in November, the remaining three were freed from jail without having to post bail. On December 30th, all the charges against them were dropped.
The brothers had been iden- tified as Mario Navarrete, 25; Xavier Navarrete, 22 Emilio Navarrete, 21 and Gabriel Navarrete, 24.

ABRION WITCHER .....charged with second-de-
gree murder.
St. Petersburg Police have re- ported that the suspect in a shooting death last month of a teenager has been arrested.
Authorities arrested Abrion Witcher, 18, at Express Inn, 11333 U. S. 19, after receiving a tip that he was at that location last week.
Witcher has been charged with second-degree murder in the December 15th shooting death of 17-year-old Gabriel Javar Wallace after the two had reportedly argued. Wal- lace died at a local hospital.
Wallace’s mother, Starlett Clark said, although she feels better that Witcher is in cus- tody, she wants to see him get what he deserves for killing her son.
“It shouldn’t have never gone that far. He actually shot the uncle of his own children.
“He was cursing my daughter

(the mother of Witcher’s two children, ages 2 and 5 months) and Gabriel intervened. That’s when he threatened to shoot him. He also pointed the gun at my daughter.”
Ms. Clark said Witcher wasn’t supposed to be at her daughter’s house, and he has always been a problem for her family.
“He and my daughter met a little over two years ago, and from the first day, none of us liked him.
“Gabriel was preparing to go to college, and now he’s gone.”
Ms. Clark said she hopes Witcher gets the death penalty for murdering her son, or at least life in prison.
“I’ll be happy with anything that will make sure he never has a chance to hurt anyone else.”
