Illegal Dumping Continues To Plague East Tampa
IN THE SPOTLIGHT
According to a monthly report from Tampa Police Department’s District III Environmental Crimes Unit, illegal dumping continues to be a problem in East Tampa.
Frequently used illegal dumping sites have been identified as the 1900 block of 23rd Av- enue; 23rd Avenue/36 Street dead-end; 2100 block of 27th Street; 2400 block of 19th Avenue; 25th Street and 18th Avenue, and 3101 East 2nd Avenue.

During the January cleanup, more than a ton of debris was collected by the Neighbor- hood Enhancement Team.
The Environmental Detective for District III is Detective Larry J. Miles, and he can be contacted at (813) 242-8450, or (813) 909- 5116.
Code Enforcement complaints should be directed to Jerry Williams at (813) 426- 6018.
