LeBron James Jr. Has
Tim Duncan 14th On NBA’s All-Time Scoring List
TIM DUNCAN
San Antonio Spurs center Tim Duncan continued his climb up the NBA’s all-time scoring list Tuesday when he passed Boston Celtics great John Havlicek for 14th place with a bucket against the Los Angeles Clippers.
Following Duncan’s move into the spot formerly occu- pied by Havlicek, here’s a look at how the league’s all- time scoring list shakes out:
Duncan has a player op- tion worth $5.6 million for next season that he can opt into, per Spotrac, but even if he does return for the 2016-17 campaign, the rate at which he’s finding the bottom of the net has plummeted signifi- cantly.
The future Hall of Famer just recently surpassed 400 total points for the season, and if we keep that pace in mind, it would appear difficult for Duncan to wind up topping 27,000 career points. Moves past Dominique Wilkins and Oscar Robertson are certainly within reach assum- ing Duncan returns to the floor, but throttling past Ha- keem Olajuwon may prove to be a tall task—especially with the way head coach Gregg Popovich rests his veteran starters.

Miami Heat Center Chris Bosh Returns
Martellus Bennett Traded To Patriots
MIAMI — Chris Bosh re- turned to the Miami Heat bench on Monday night, his first appearance since being sidelined by an unspecified injury last month.
Bosh was dressed in a gray sport coat and took a seat to- ward the end of the bench for Miami’s 124-119 victory against the Denver Nuggets. It was Bosh’s first time being seen at American Airlines Arena since Feb. 9, Miami’s last home game before the All-Star break.
“It’s awesome having him around,” Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said after the game. “I love Chris. I love having him around. He al- ways has an intuitive feel of

what I’m thinking, what needs to be relayed. He’s an example of leadership at all levels.
It remains uncertain whether the 13-year veteran will return to play this season.
MARTELLUS BENNETT
The Chicago Bears are trading tight end Martellus Bennett to the New England Patriots for a fourth-round
draft pick.
The teams are finalizing a
deal, but the Patriots will also receive a sixth-round draft choice in exchange for Ben- nett, according to sources.
The Patriots have tradi- tionally preferred to run a multiple-tight-end offense because of the matchup problems it can create for a defense. That scheme hit its peak in 2011 with Rob Gronkowski and Aaron Hernandez.
Bulls' Justin Holiday Says He Wasn't Listening To Drake
Allen Iverson On Stephen Curry: ‘He’s ‘A Whole Different Monster’
ALLEN IVERSON And STEPHEN CURRY
Chicago Bulls swingman Justin Holiday says he did not hear Drake after being called for a five-second viola- tion late in the fourth quarter of Monday night's win over the Toronto Raptors.
The famous rapper was standing directly behind Hol- iday with 25 seconds left in regulation and the Raptors down 106-103. He appeared to say at least once to Holiday that the Bulls were out of timeouts. After Wednesday's shootaround, Holiday got a good laugh about all the at- tention the play has received.
"I wasn't paying attention to him," Holiday said. "I

was listening to the ref. The ref was talking to me at the time. And I had to focus on getting the ball in the play. I wasn't worried about what Drake was talking about."
Holiday says he is a "big fan" of Drake's and has heard from family and friends about the play.
Allen Iverson changed the game of pro basketball. You might not like him for this – there is a reason that most of the early aughts were dominated by screen and roll dribble fests performed by teams averaging about 32 possessions per game – but you cannot deny the man’s in- fluence.
Iverson, to his credit, is fawning like the rest of us when it comes to what will al- most certainly be Stephen Curry’s second straight MVP season.
“You know that that guy is here. He’s incredible. He’s dif- ferent. He’s different. He’s something we’ve never seen. We’ve never seen this. It’s crazy to me, like just me being the biggest Michael Jordan fan, to see somebody come around like this. I have my idea of me being incredible, you know what I mean? But this dude right here, like it’s different. It’s a whole differ- ent monster, as far as his han- dle and the way he shoots? C’mon. You know you ain’t never seen nothing like this.”
