Eddie Serralles wants any- one interested to also feel free to stop by his office at 2322 North Highland Avenue.
The classes are held to edu- cate people on how to go out and find deals in real estate, and each class has 10-to-20 people a week. Some who have already taken the classes come back to let you know how successful they’ve been.

“I handle all the teaching during the classes, and I’m proud to say that the Serralles Group has been a great asset to the Tampa Heights community and
beyond.”

visit his website, you will see how you can download their new free app that helps you find rental property and homes for sale. It has a GPS system that directs your inquiry to the area you’re looking for. Just text RESG to 87778.
“We have an active website with videos on the houses as well as of the classes. We teach you how to research the properties, and we do all of Florida.
“We also agree to split profits with anyone who finds a house on their own. It doesn’t matter if its residential, commercial, va- cant lots, or abandoned proper- ties.”
