Bucs TE Rob Gronkowski Announces His Retirement
Man Wins $1,000,000 On Florida Lottery’s 500X The Cash Scratch-Off
Tampa Bay Buccaneers su- perstar tight end Rob Gronkowski is retiring, and will not return for the 2022 season, making it official with an Instagram post Tuesday af- ternoon.
One of the all-time greats Gronkowski spent the first nine seasons of his NFL career with the New England Patri- ots, winning multiple Super Bowls while setting countless records with Tom Brady as his quarterback.
After a one-year retirement, Gronkowski returned to the NFL in 2020 to join Brady with the Bucs, and the two spent the past two seasons in Tampa Bay padding those same records, and winning yet another Lombardi Trophy.
Gronkowski rides into the sunset as arguably the best tight end in NFL history, and a lock to be a first-ballot Hall of

Famer.
For the Bucs, his departure
leaves them without one of their most important players on offense, thought they did just spent two of their picks in the 2022 NFL draft on tight ends.
The Florida Lottery announced that Felipe Romaniz Carba- jal, 36, of Tampa, claimed a $1 million prize from the 500X THE CASH Scratch-Off game last May 19, 2022, at Lottery Head- quarters in Tallahassee.
He chose to receive his win- nings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $820,000.00.
The lottery says that he pur- chased his winning ticket from La Loma Supermarket, located at 3224 North Armenia Avenue in Tampa.
The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.

Two Men Accused Of
Harassing Black Teen,
Damaging His Car
Two white men were ar- rested this week after they were accused of racially profil- ing a Black teen and damaging his car as he drove through a Florida neighborhood.
The incident reportedly oc- curred on Tuesday (June 14), just before 6 p.m. in the up- scale neighborhood of Sanford. It was partially recorded on cellphone video by the teen, Jermaine Jones, and shared on Facebook by his father.
According to NBC News, the two men have been identified by the Seminole County Sher- iff’s Office as 52-year-old Don- ald Corsi and 61-year-old Howard Hughes. Both of the men face charges of dam- aging property while Hughes faces a charge of battery. One of the men accused the 16- year-old of “burning out, rac- ing” through the neighborhood. In the video, Jermaine asks the men to step away from him.
"I'm not in your face. Get out of my neighborhood," one

WESH reports that Corsi
and Hughes were arrested on Tuesday and have since posted bond and have been released from jail.
The Jones family has re- tained a lawyer who said a civil claim against the suspects was likely to be filed on behalf of the family in the coming weeks.
